I’d like to say that I’m absolutely ecstatic with my suits – they fit absolutely brilliantly and everyone comments on them. Never in a million years would I have believed I’d get such a great suit without the actual tailor seeing me... ![]()

I bought my first custom made suit from Suit It several years ago, and the fact that I just happen to be wearing it right now is testimony to the fact that they are well made and last a long time. I wear a suit to work every day and have done so for nearly 15 years. During this time I’ve bought several suits from various tailors. I’ve spent upwards of $1200 for individual suits, from Italian manufacturers, and I can honestly say the Suit It product is not only of a better quality, but it’s significantly cheaper and it also fits perfectly because it’s custom made.
Now that Suit It have my measurements, I can choose pretty much any design and hundreds of fabrics to get the perfectly fitting suit at a fraction of what I’d have to pay normally. Quite frankly I wouldn’t wear anything else.![]()

I found Chris and Suit-it on line and I required a Suit and two Shirts for an Important event three weeks away. With one phone call Chris had arranged a time and a date to come out to my own business to take my measurements and pick a colour and Pattern for my Suit and two Shirts.
Within two weeks Chris came back to me with the Suit for any adjustment’s if required. The trousers needed a small adjustment and I had them back within two days. The Suit, Shirt, the Fabrics and Tailoring was first class and Chris has been professional throughout the process and has been a pleasure to do with business with. I have used the Suit and Shirts extensively since my purchase and they look and feel as good as the first time I wore them.![]()

We often hear there’s just not the quality there once was, well after dealing with
Chris at Suit It, quality is still here. No generic sizes, mass-produce, stitches falling out, colour changing after one wash. Quality clothes made just for you and you deserve them.![]()

I recently needed a new suit for work and was suggested to get in touch with Chris at Suit It. I am so glad I did. Not only was the end to end service far superior to what I had encountered previously, the quality of his products was exceptional. I found his attention to detail to be exemplary and his knowledge of the product lines and types to be very re-assuring. My goods were delivered within the specified timeframe and the fit was amazing. I ended up with a higher quality fabric, in a tailor made suit with a 2nd pair of pants and it cost less than a lesser quality suit from an exclusive brand off the rack with only one pair of pants. Needless to say, I have since bought more clothes from Suit It and will continue to do so.![]()

Any groom will agree that the most important part of any wedding is the suits. I was having a big wedding, cathedral with choir and bells, 5 star hotel reception, the whole bit. We didn't want to wear tuxedo's or dinner suits, especially suits that had been worn before. Besides, the cost of a hire suit these days is ridiculous! Also, we all wanted to wear a suit that could be worn again in a business environment. We started shopping around for matching off the rack suits and had just about decided on something we were satisfied with. The problem now was the sizing as everyone was a different height, shape and size. Then it was suggested we talk to Suit It.
At first I was a bit dubious, I sort of wanted to see the type of suit I was going to wear, rather than having it ordered sight unseen, but Chris from Suit It showed up in one of his own suits and had fabrics in colours and weights that would suit even my wife's taste for choice and it seemed that nothing was out of the question. We decided on a grey Italian wool with a fine blue pin stripe. Next came the styling; did we want double or single breast? 2, 3 or 4 button jackets? 3 or 4 buttons on the sleeve? Lapel buttonholes opened or closed? Pleated trousers or no? Every time we weren't sure, but Chris was ready with information on either the classic choice, or the most up to date styling info. It couldn't have been easier. Not only did Chris fit us for suits, but he also tailored four matching white herringbone shirts that to this day is the most comfortable business shirt I've ever owned.
We were told it would take about six weeks to get the suits back and it was pretty much six weeks to the day. When it arrived, I couldn't believe the quality of the work. Perfectly fitted and pattern matched, beautifully tailored with exquisite stitching detail in the lining of the jacket. Lined trousers, (2 pair) with tape bound leg hems to stop hem tear, all pressed, creased and ready to wear. Chris had even had the inside jacket pocket embroidered with the date of the wedding.
Two years on and that suit still gets comments whenever I wear it, one of the trousers I wear at least twice a week and looks as good as the pair that have been kept aside, no fade, no stretch, no wear in the crotch. There is no doubt about the quality of the fabric or the workmanship of the tailoring.
I have bought similar suits... the suit that I bought from Suit It cost me about 30-50% of what the top name brands will cost... Zegna, Boss,Armani, and that's for their off the rack stuff. It’s the same fabric, and its hand tailored.
Don't even think about buying a new suit until you've spoken to Suit It. Honestly, you won't get a better suit anywhere for twice the price.
