If it doesn't fit perfectly we will fix it or replace it FREE of charge!
We will deliver your order to the address you nominate. If this is not a business address, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is there to accept delivery. If re-delivery needs to be organised, this is also the customer's responsibility.
Whilst we will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can, remember that these are bespoke garments and need to be made from scratch. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
If you are taking us up on the "favourite shirt or suit" offer, it is your responsibility and cost to get the garment(s) to us. Once we have received them, please allow 4 weeks for delivery to you of the completed garment.
If you need to take advantage of our Unique Guarantee, it is your responsibility to contact us. If contact has not been made with Suit It within 3 business days from the date of delivery (in the case of an order delivered by courier) the order will be deemed to have been accepted and the Guarantee will no longer apply. Once contact with Suit It has been made, Suit It will then arrange to have the garment(s) picked up from your nominated address. In the case of an order hand delivered to the customer by Suit It staff, once the garments have been tried on and accepted, the Guarantee will cease to apply. Depending on the alterations involved, please allow up to 3 weeks for the finished product to then be delivered to you.
If for some reason we are unable to fill an order, we will advise you within 2 days if your order is unable to be completed.
