Unfortunately, as Suit It creates Bespoke clothing, we are unable to offer a return or refund service. This is primarily because we offer our Unique Guarantee which guarantees our Customers a garment that fits perfectly or we will fix it or replace FREE of charge, but secondly because our garments are made individually for each customer, they are unable to be re-used or re-sold. Please make sure that you follow the step-by-step measuring process carefully and if you are not confident, remember that we also offer a professional measurement service.

Additionally, we at Suit It have gone to great lengths to ensure the accurate representation of the colour and texture of all materials. Please be aware that some computer monitors, particularly older ones, may not portray the colours as accurately as we have intended. We cannot obviously be held responsible for this, so please choose carefully.
